Very happy with the LC7500i generator so far, (although to date, it has had limited run-time just a warm-up run, then about 3hrs whilst mains shut-down for professional installation of a changeover switch).
[Comms with the pallet company for delivery could have been better (but this was not Just Lawnmower's fault).]
I would suggest that many users would prefer the wheels and legs (dampers) to be pre-installed before final shipping, as without specialist kit many users could find these challenging to install, (I used a bunch of "2x4" wood offcuts to lift it high enough to fit these - H&S disclaimer - CAUTION do this at your OWN RISK). This is a heavy beast spec'd at 130Kg dry weight.
It is also worth pointing out that the oil capacity on this (new) model is 1.45 litres, so you will need 3 x 0.6l of oil initially, (as opposed to just 2 bottles).
Unfortunately the generator does not have a battery charging port - for use when it is in storage. So I am using a CTEK XS 0.8 charger - the M6 lead-set from this can (with care), be fitted through one of the vent slots in the battery compartment door.
And yes - with careful management of start-up loads - this generator has successfully powered my house. Job done.
In conclusion, all good so far.

They were the only company we could find with the item we needed actually in stock. Having said that, they were also listing it at the best price. They turned out to be local to us, and actually delivered the item we needed themselves, rather than wait for a courier to deliver.

My order (cordless line trimmer) arrived in a timeley fashion, even though they had no batteries in stock, when the stock did arrive the battery was dispatched promptly.

We order our hedge trimmer in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day, very efficient. Had a problem as a part was missing , when we put it together. Spoke to Josh and within an hour we were advised that missing part was on its way to us.

Item delivered on time, just wish I had waited a couple of weeks before ordering as the price dropped by £20 for Black Friday ! never mind, seems like a really nice grass cutter, easy to assemble and registration online was quite easy. Just waiting for Spring, to try it out in the garden.

I initially left a negative review as I had some issues with a promotion that had been accidentally advertised, but Just Lawnmowers did sort out the issue and offered an alternative (and better) promotion in retrospect. It wasn't the easiest incident resolution I've ever had, but they are an honest company and will sort out your issues, which is what matters ultimately.

Bought a Cobra electric start petrol mower at the end of April 2022, used it 15 or so times, came to do the last cut of the year today in November having not used it for 3 weeks and it won’t start!! After-care said the petrol is to blame!! It starts to go off after 4 weeks! I bought the petrol at the end of April, so how come it’s worked fine till November if it goes off after 4 weeks???

Not Justlawnmowers fault at all but unfortunately there was an issue with the courier so I never received the item I ordered. However the communication throughout was good from them and they were quick refunding me. I would use them again.

Lawnmower arrived on time. Packaging was good, instructions straightforward and after topping up the batteries it was soon working.

Impressive performance, powerful and deals with most conditions. If using the grass box you will find yourself emptying it often, while when mulching you get about 30 minutes full speed running on a single charge, enough to cover a wide area.

After being scammed by a previous online "supplier" (thankfully my credit card company resolved it quickly) I was slightly hesitant when ordering from Just Lawnmowers. No need - they kept me fully informed of the progress of my order which in the event was delivered very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Lawnmowers.

I was uncertain about buying a robot lawnmower, but I went in the end for a Bosch Indego 500 as they said it came with a free garage. I was initially disappointed because it turned out to be a garage for a lawnmower and not a car, but it works great and the cat spends more time in the garage than the mower! Five stars!
